Design & Concept
Every pair goes through a structured and well-defined process that takes several months to complete. It all starts with the design phase. Here, we define the style direction, the lines, and the materials that will bring the concept to life. We select the finger cut, the overall fit, and the wrist closure system. A key part of this stage is analyzing all the feedback we receive from you. We carefully review it to keep what works and improve anything that raised concerns.
Prototyping & Development
Next, we begin crafting the first samples in our facilities. It often takes up to 8–10 prototypes to perfect a single pair. The early versions come without colors or design elements, focusing purely on fit, grip, and wrist support - the core performance of every glove. Once this foundation is finalized, we move on to adding the remaining elements, including defining the main color direction.
Performance Testing
Once the design is complete, the first finished pairs are put through a series of tests to ensure everything performs as expected. Different pairs are tested on artificial turf, natural grass, 5-a-side pitches, and full-size fields. We evaluate the impact on the palm and how much force is transferred to the goalkeeper. The goal is to predict how each pair will perform under real match conditions.
Goalkeeper Feedback
After internal testing, we provide gloves to goalkeepers we work with, covering the full spectrum - from young players to adults, amateurs to professionals. The stricter and more detailed the feedback, the better. Based on this input, our team immediately moves to implement any necessary adjustments.
Color Development
Now it’s time for color. After finalizing the main colorway, we explore additional variations. We usually start with around 10 design options, develop samples for 6 of them, and then narrow it down to 3 final colorways alongside the main pair. This is where your feedback plays a major role, so keep in mind - your opinion truly matters.
Content & Presentation
The final step before release is creating the visual content. We produce photos and videos so you can see the gloves in action and from every angle before making them yours. At the same time, we prepare the detailed graphics that present every feature of the glove - the Fearless Lab Report.
Ready for the Game
After all these steps and months of development, the new pair is finally ready. Ready to perform with you, ready for your biggest saves, and ready for every pair to tell its own story.
Time to go Fearless!
