Changes / Returns

Changes: Products can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, at no shipping cost, provided the product has not been used.

Products with a printing option cannot be exchanged.

Returns: We offer free returns, which means we cover the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost is not refunded. In cases where an order had qualified for free shipping but, after a return, no longer meets the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For both cases, you should submit the form on your order history page.
